Self-Care for Healers Series

Welcome, and thank you for clicking to learn about our Self-Care for Healers Series!  This is an ongoing, rolling series that is offered every few months; we just finished another round this spring. This series was created for therapists, nurses, teachers, entrepreneurs, yoga instructors, spiritual and Reiki/energy practitioners, mothers, caregivers, and all other healers. This is a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ safe space; all are welcome.

Here is a general outline of the classes, which are intuitively taught and might change slightly each time:

Class 1:  Emotional Nurturing through Art Therapy

  • Exploring how the pandemic and past few years have affected you as a healer and caregiver, and what parts of your soul need a voice, reconnection, and healing through meditative art therapy to thrive in 2023 and beyond (all supplies provided) 

Class 2:  Physical Nurturing through Intuitive Body Connection

  • Connecting intuitively with your body, tuning into what is being held where; healing through gentle yoga poses, somatic work, deeply intuitive meditation, and intentional affirmation work

Class 3:  Mental Nurturing through Meditation and Mindfulness

  • Honoring the fatigue of your mind; finding respite and healing through slowing down, centering, and anchoring; deeply intuitive meditation and a new way of connecting to the mind

Class 4:  Spiritual Nurturing through Deeper Soul Connection

  • Establishing a deeper spiritual connection to your Higher Self, your guides, your ancestors, the Archangels, Ascended Masters or whomever you are drawn to, for additional ongoing support; discussion on ongoing energy management, regulation, and flow
